Emergency Repairs

If you have an Emergency Repair please contact your Property Manager as soon as possible to report the problem.

If you cannot contact your Property Manager and our office is closed please refer to the following list which specifies if a repair is classed as an Emergency.

  • a burst water service or a serious water service leak
  • a blocked or broken toilet
  • a serious roof leak
  • a gas leak
  • a dangerous electrical fault
  • flooding or serious flood damage
  • serious storm, fire or impact damage
  • a failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
  • a failure or breakdown of an essential service or appliance on the property for hot water, cooking or heating

If your repair is classed as an Emergency you can contact our Authorised Contractors to arrange for them to attend to the repair. Our Emergency Repair Tradespeople are as follows:
