Who should agents really work for?

December 4, 2019

Here at Caloundra City Realty, it’s clear. We work for Sellers.

We appreciate having Sellers as our Clients, because we understand that our Sellers pay us a substantial fee when they trust us to look after the sale of their significant asset.

And to do that, we spend all day ..and some nights…, 6 days a week…sometimes 7… striving to get the highest price possible for our Clients (that’s the Seller, right). This is going to sound corny, but around the office, the lingo is HPP….the Highest Price Possible.

Okay then, what about the Buyer ?

Yep. Buyers are our Customer and deserve to be treated like a Customer.

So what does that mean?  When people buying mention the difference between the good agents and the rest, the first thing they say is….”respond to me! ”. Buyers want timely, accurate information about the properties they’re interested in, and local information too.

Helping Sellers and Buyers match up is what we do.

The proof is in the pudding! We are very grateful to receive lots of lovely feedback like this.
